  • Be provided at no cost to the landlord;

  • Include a statement from the prospective tenant confirming no material change since the report was generated;

  • Be a consumer credit report prepared by a consumer reporting agency and include:

    • Name and contact information

    • Verification of employment and income

    • Last-known addresses for all jurisdictions

    • Rental and credit history (limited to 7 years)

    • Criminal history (limited to 5 years)
