Cody has been involved in property management for most of his life, starting at just 12 years old by answering office phones. Today, he proudly owns and operates Bergan & Company as the third generation of his family to lead the business. He is incredibly proud of the excellent team at Bergan & Company and looks forward to serving the Denver community for many years to come.
Cody is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker who syndicates apartment investments, invests in single-family homes, and manages his own rental portfolio across the Denver Metro Area. He holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, both from the University of Denver, and owns and operates over 100 units across the Denver and Colorado Springs markets.
